The corporation has constituted a Corporate Social Responsibility ( CSR ) committee in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies ( Corporate Social Responsibilty Policy) Rules, 2014
Pursuant to provisions of Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Corporation has also formulated a CSR Policy. As on 31st march, 2022, the CSR committee composition consists of following Directors

Your Corporation being in fulfilling its CSR has been engaged in various social initiatives through its intervention in the area of promoting education, eradication of hunger & poverty, creating awareness for conservation of energy, providing preventive health care, etc. in accordance with the Corporate Social Responsibility polocy of the company.
Various CSR projects or activity identified previously were:
Sahay ( a centre for emergency medical assistance for destitute), Bhubaneswar at Khurda.
Jain Foundation Trust (Indian Liver Patient Foundation) at Khurda.
Dasmantpur Orphanage Spcl Adopt Agency at Koraput, Odisha.
Dayavir Degree College at Koraput, Odisha.
Koraput SOG AET & RC Against Plantation at Koraput, Odisha.
Ramchandrapur Old Age Home at Keonjhar, Odisha .
TOTAL AMOUNT SPENT DURING THE FINANCIAL YEAR: Rs. 57.14 Lakhs.
AVERAGE NET PROFIT FOR LAST 3 FINANCIAL YEARS: Rs. 27.08 Cr.
SAHAY Building has been done by OPHWC under CSR.
